The Town of Queen Creek is named after the creek that actually ran through the town itself. The creek was originally known as Picket Post Creek but was changed to Queen Creek after the silver mine opened just outside of Superior, Arizona.
Today Queen Creek is known for its rural feel, wonderful views and thriving Real Estate Market,
The town has numerous horse properties and equestrian areas. The San Tan and Superstition Mountains are visible at most points throughout the town. San Tan Park is one not to be missed. Schnepf Farms has an annual Peach Festival which attracts people from all over the state.
A great place to go check out in Queen Creek is San Tan Flat, an indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar with great food, a unique atmosphere, and live bands
The 'Main Street' area of Queen Creek is Located on Ellsworth Rd between Queen Creek Rd and Chandler Heights Rd. There you will find Town Hall, the School Board, the Town Sheriff, the San Tan Historical Society, a small baseball field, basketball courts and an outdoor skateboard park, and equestrian and aviation properties.
Johnson Ranch - is a master planned community in the South-East part of Queen Creek. It surrounds a 7141 yard, 18 hole golf course
There is so much to say about our great town, if you have questions, give me a call, I am happy to help
